Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 6 Sept 2026

The Institute seeks to make its services and platforms accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disabilities, in line with the Kingdom's direction on disability empowerment and universal accessibility.

The website

We target conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Implemented so far:

  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
  • A sound heading structure and alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Sufficient colour contrast, support for text resizing, and light and dark modes.
  • Right-to-left support for Arabic content.

Known limitations

Some attached documents or third-party embedded content may not be fully conformant. We are addressing this progressively and provide an alternative on request.

Facilities and in-person training

Training facilities are equipped for learners with mobility needs (entrances, restrooms, seating), and additional support can be arranged in advance.

Requesting an accommodation

To request an accessibility arrangement (an interpreter, materials in an accessible format, extra time in assessment, seating arrangements), please note it in the registration form or contact us through the website contact form, by email info@fgcc.edu.sa, or on +966 11 499 4203 at least 5 business days before the session so we can prepare.

Your feedback

We welcome accessibility feedback through the website contact form or at info@fgcc.edu.sa and aim to respond within 10 business days. This page is reviewed periodically.
