Acceptance

By using the website or registering for any course you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. They apply together with the Refund, Cancellation, Attendance, Exam Integrity and Code of Conduct policies published on this site, which form an integral part of them.

Registration and fees

• Each course's fee is shown on its page, with 15% VAT added unless stated otherwise.
• A registration is confirmed only once payment is completed or the Institute issues a written confirmation, and subject to seat availability.
• A tax invoice is issued for every completed payment.
• Some courses may require a minimum qualification or experience; the Institute may decline a registration where the conditions are not met and will refund any amounts paid.

The Institute's obligations

The Institute will exercise professional care in delivering the advertised content, a qualified instructor, and the scheduled dates and venue or platform, while reserving the right to make reasonable operational changes (a different instructor or room, or moving a session to live-online delivery for reasons beyond its control) without undermining the substance of the service.

The learner's obligations

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information at registration.
• Comply with attendance times, the Code of Conduct and the Exam Integrity Policy.
• Not share login credentials or virtual-session links with others.

Intellectual property

All courseware, slides, recordings and accompanying materials are owned by the Institute or its licensors and are provided to you for personal educational use only. Copying, distributing, commercial use, or using them to train others without written permission is prohibited.

Acceptable use of technical content

In courses covering information-security or penetration-testing techniques, the learner undertakes to use them only in authorised environments and in line with the law. Any unlawful use is the learner's sole responsibility.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued in the Institute's name once the attendance requirement is met and any assessment is passed. This is not a third-party accreditation unless expressly stated and formally granted.

Limitation of liability

The Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. In all cases the Institute's liability does not exceed the fees paid for the course in dispute. Nothing here excludes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force majeure

Neither party is in breach where performance is prevented by a cause beyond its reasonable control (disasters, decisions of competent authorities, widespread infrastructure outages).

Changes and governing law

The Institute may update these terms; an update takes effect from the date of publication. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts or committees in the Kingdom.
